Job Description:

"• Define wiring harness routing and update harness models as per OEM[USA] standards and specifications.
• Create wiring harness design studies due to OEM[USA] Bulletins and /or Engineering direction.
• Attend/ Support/ Chair cross functional meetings as required by OEM[USA] and provide design studies as required per program scopes and requirements.
• Create 3D 110% Wiring Models as per OEM[USA] standards.
• Create 2D 110% Charts/ Drawings as per OEM[USA] standards.
• Develop DEF files (HRN, COMP, CSV); using iSpeed Data.
• DEF files (HRN, COMP, CSV) will be submitted to OEM[USA] DEF quality group for their review and approval according to the agreed upon timing plan and contingent on adherence to OEM[USA] database freeze dates.
• Link and Compute the 110% wiring 3D Models as per OEM[USA] standards.
• CAD models and drawings must meet data requirements (Proper Layers, color code, segmentation, variant management, etc.) for each Baseline and CAD Step-Release.
• All Wiring models/studies baseline daily to Team Center release best practices with an email distribution upon completion.
• CAD step release (Formal and/or Official) 110% 3D models, 110% 2D Drawing Charts and 100% wiring assemblies; supporting vehicle program timing and as per OEM[USA] CAD release standards.
• If vehicle program timing changes, the supplier is still responsible for meeting the milestone CAD-Step deliverables on the new date(s)."
