Job Description

• Need to deliver the feasibility simulations and draw developments with respect to gateways.
• Deliver Auto Form feasibility simulations for Stamping core parts. (Ex. Hood, Lift/Tail gate, Door outer’ s/Inners, Body side outer, Rear Floor, Front floor, Wheel house inner, Dash panel, Body side inner, Sunroof & Fender)
• Communicate to customer with Feasibility Change Request (FCR).
• Create & deliver draw development in CATIA for Stamping parts.
• Should have skills in simulation on Structural parts.
• Hands on skills in spring back compensation, crown and sweep.
Skills Required
? Must have AutoFrom & NX hands on skill to perform simulations & draw development
? Work experience on sheet metal & Stamping knowledge.
? Should have Stamping process and Die Maintenance knowledge.
? Exposure to CAD tools such as Team Center, Team Center Vis mockup, Process Simulate and willing to learn further on virtual manufacturing tools.
? Exposure to learn on hemming simulation skill in AutoForm

Education Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech - 03 to 07 Years, Diploma Tool & Die: 10~12 Year's
