Job Description:

Body Mechanism Glass sealing

Responsibilities:
• ?This position is responsible for benchmarking, preparation of design concepts (BiW mechanism
• like Handles, Latches, Pedals, Cables, Sealing system, Rubber etc),
• Integration, technical feasibility study, and release optimised and detailed design (2D and 3D
• CAD) by preparing and adhering to DQA ( DCS, GDT, DFMEA, DFMA, DFSS, DFSR, DVPR etc.) ,
• internal and external standard and customer requirements
• ?Preparation, review, control and monitor Design Quality Assurance (DQA) documents and its
• major elements such as Benchmarking, Design Concept Sheet (DCS), GDT, DFMEA, DFMA, DFSS,
• DFSR, DVPR etc.
• ?Manage system, subsystem and component level design requirements through cross-functional
• collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• ?Preparation of concepts and detail parametric design (parts and assemblies) in CATIA V5 for BEV
• mechanical systems such as lightweight cargo and delivery container, BiW systems and
• subsystems in a complex packaging environment from predevelopment to series development
• phase
• ?Evaluate, balance and trade-off the design concepts for the attributes such as DFA, DFS, cost,
• quality and time


Required Skills:
?BIW Mechanism BiW mechanism like Handles, Latches, Pedals, Cables, Sealing system, Rubber,
Wiper, Glass sealing Mechanism.
?CATIA V5 / NX / CREO & Catia v5 background / A2mac Knowledge
