Job Description:

• Gather and analyse technical information (ECN, BOM, Drawings, CAD, etc.)
• Prepare and get approved markups/manuscript for content creation/revision into manuals
• Create/revise technical illustrations using IsoDraw, Creo Illustrate, Adobe Illustrator, adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc.
• Create/revise and publish technical content into Windchill using Arbortext Editor OR any Content Management System(CMS).
• Self Review and Peer Review for Proof Copy and Final Copy
• Manage topics, manuals, illustrations and reusable content into Windchill, Teamcenter OR any CMS.
• Coordinate with Peer Tech Writer, Illustrator, Project Lead and Onsite Lead.
• Record and release quality, delivery and other project metrics/KPIs.
•
Skill Required:

• Structured/Topic Based Authoring using Arbortext into Windchill
• Tech Illustrations using IsoDraw, Creo Illustrate, Adobe Illustrator, adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc.
• Review & Impact Analysis of Engineering Change Notice, Bill of Material, Engineering Drawing, CAD, etc.
• Truck & Off-highway product knowledge e.g. operation, service, diagnostic, etc.
