checked for maximum load carrying capacity of bike fixture , cad model courtesy - Mr . Yashas kumars profile , source : Designgyan , FE model generated from CAD in Hypermesh Nastran solver used for meshing (preprocessing ) and optistruct solver used to run the analysis ( processing) and results are viewed in hyperview ( post processing) 2D and 3D meshing is been done and connection between components is done by rigid 1D elements ( RBE2 elements) The maximum load that the bike fixture sustains is 100 kg for case 1 i.e While Base is Resting On The Floor and 400 kg for case 2 i.e While Base is Hanging On The Wall . As mentioned bike fixtures are used in showrooms to hold the bikes, cad cae and strength analysis report is added for reference.
