STL file to CatPart Converting

Hello guys, I have one STL file. I want to do reverse engineering in catia. i need this file without mesh and clean CatPart. Help me to converting and also send me solution. i tried in Digitized shape editor and ICEM shape design and Quick surface reconstruction workbench.
