Mesh the Rear wheel suspension in ANSA, Skill-Lync
? Taking the less than 6mm apart are manual mid surface and mesh the 2d mesh
? more than 7mm parts are meshing the volume mesh such as tyre, rim, knuckle and control arm etc.

Mesh the car front dash board component in ANSA, Skill-Lync
? One of the major and complex meshing part is dash board in car

? Divided the parts in various small region by using the cut option
? Assigned the various property id and thickness for whole parts
? Meshed the component with given quality criteria and attain 100% of quality index
Mesh and connection applied to Car Cross Beam(CCB) in ANSA, Skill-Lync
? Cleared the all free edge by using the filler surface, toggle surface, ruled surface
? Used mid surface appropriate selection method
? Meshed the model and achieve the QI
? Used the such bolt connection, seem welding, RBE connection, bolt connection and bush connection in brittle area
Mesh the car Hood component and car side door according QI, Skill-Lync

Make use of connectors to attach various parts of the model, Skill-Lync
? Done the various type of connector in the rail component
? Different type of connector is Seam-Quad (angled +capped +L), pot weld with 3 Layers and 5 mm Diameter,
? Hexa (Adhesive), Bolt Connector, Spot-weld with Rigid Elements, Spot-weld with Spring Elements and etc.

? Three. him files were imported in Hypermesh, In all three models, errors like missing faces, overlapping faces were
corrected. ,
? Mid surface was extracted since thickness of given model was less than 6mm.,
? Finally mesh was generated with proper mesh flow along with given element quality check.
2D|3D Mesh generation in Hypermesh, Skill-Lync
? For generating 3D mesh, first 2D mesh was created and then under 3D option tetra was used to convert 2D to 3D mesh,
Tetra mesh was also generated using Volume tetra.,
? For generating Brick mesh, under solid mesh element offset, spin and also linear solid were used.
Comparing behavior of 2D shell elements in Hypermesh and Radios, Skill-Lync
? Imported input default file and solved using Radios solver. Next file with changed shell element properties was imported
and solved.
? Hyper View and Hyper graph were used for simulation and plotting of graph. Energy error and mass error were also
checked.
Analysis of Type 7 and Type 11 contact using Radios as solver, Skill Lync
? Initial run was done using Type 7 contact with default properties.
? After that analysis was done using Type 7 and Type 11 contact with best recommended properties. For comparison energy
error, mass error and simulation runtime were calculated.
Comparing material Law using Radios as solver and Hypermesh as Pre-Processor at Skill Lync
? Law1, Law2, Law27 and Law 36 were studied along with Fail Johnson card.
? Seven cases were studied and in each case energy plot and post-processing were done in Hypergraph and Hyperview

? Created 1D elements on the following component with given cross-section and DOF with different Rod, beam, Bar

Mashing the car front hood model with given QI at Skill Lync
? Meshed the neon model car front hood panel by using of the comment auto mesh, align node, remap, equivalence node,
quick edit, check elem, etc.
? In this project we do the mid surface of the component and the meshing the components with given QI with 0% of failing
elements and assign the proper thickness of the elements
Design of customized chopper bike using Solidworks, Skill-Lync
? Designed the chopper parts like Engine, Gas tank, Transmission, Alloy wheel etc.
