Software: CatiaV5 R26, Solidworks, PLM software Team center & Vismockup Responsibilities 1.Worked as a Design Engineer on the project of Ford Motors (Program P702) which involves design of fluid transfer system & brake lines system, hose & tube routing design. 2.Design of mounting brackets for fuel & brake line of vehicle & modifications as per customer needs & clearance check with respect to surrounding BIW. 3.Creation of product assembly and part drawings for manufacturing with GD & T as per ASME Y14.5M Standards. 4.Remastering by using Boolean operations/Surfacing of various sheet metal & solid parts made it editable. 5. Data migration 2D to 3D modeling of casting & forging parts. 6. Maintaining work tracker to ensure on time delivery of tasks. 7.Worked on ECN & ECR documents

Responsibilities: * Worked on Tempo Traveler, Shaktiman 400 & Shaktiman 600 projects with vehicle body design team & product documentations & Engineering drawing team. *Design of various parts of BIW Structure of Automobile by using CatiaV5 GSD. * Worked on Cabin, Cabin floor, floor structure assembly, Bonnet Assembly, Bumper assembly, Roof Assembly, create parts & assembly drawings with BOM. *Modification in existing model as per CAE & PE report & create DCR (Design Change Request) and forward it with revised drawing to production dept. *Vehicle Layout creation.
