• Export the Gerber data from GC to .dwg files • Design the wave pallets as per the customer requirement in Auto CAD or ZW CAD software • Send the Quote to customer if customer approvals the design we will give the output to production to manufacture the product in VMC or CNC Machines • Prepare the design of Jigs & Fixtures as per the customer requirement • We will design in Sold works or ZW CAD 3D software. • Meets the customer as per the requirement. • Import 2D .DWG files into 3D software’s and do the 3D modelling.

• We designed different types of Components like, Alloy wheel, Friction clutch, Vehicle Scissor Jack for SUV vehicles, four motored Quad copter Drone, Venturi meter. • From dumb solids, drawings and from different sources we designed the products. • We performed Ansys to get the result, we used different modules in ansys like fluent, Structural, coupled, thermal.
