• Schedule, manage and preparation master project time plan, list of related gate & functional level activities, work package plan, resource plan and communicates and applications to achieve effective project outcomes
• Technical feasibility study for new products with CFT, tooling, process, testing feasibility, review Customer 2D & 3D data.
• Ensure the program cost estimates from sales and performs monthly program cost accounting to manage expenditures with agreed spending plans, Meeting with supplier for negotiation for product and tooling
• Prepare, monitor & review project scope, Gateway/Phases tracking - facilitate & drive the process flow, Project risk assessment & project review meetings with CFT, track meeting proceedings, cash flow, and gross margin of the project.
• Project document readiness, Kick –off, Gate 0-6 Review, phase closing, weekly updates, GPP, OPPM, PRA, and PLM & LOP
• Weekly meetings with team to achieve project timeline, supplier for tooling, CAPEX complete on time and within budget.
• Act as a window person for customer and CFT members, ECN implementation, Change Management, vendors development, schedule internal PTR, and validate trials for product DP, PP, MPP, and MPP-2 PILOT and SOP
• Lead and maintain overall program plan and critical path milestones through APQP phases, PPAP documents Control Plan, PFD, Poka Yoke, DFMEA, PFMEA, PTR and PSW trials with Customer and operation team
• Weekly Monitor project budget, cost, quality and delivery of the project and escalate discrepancies to superiors with probable solutions. Negotiation & finalization with the vendor as per budget, Payment tracking with Customer and Suppliers
• Responsible for ensure the availability of BOP, Material, tooling and communications with external and internal customers and stakeholders. Interacts frequently with customers and balances customer requirements with organizational capabilities
• Ability to deal with conflict and multiple constituencies and manage multiple simultaneous objectives is imperative
• Execute the process assembly welding with exposure to quality, process, facility, installation & commissioning.
• New Product Development, tool design review, technical skills in manufacturing processes like, tool design review, welding, checking fixture, jig from various suppliers locally and overseas for sheet metal, mould, rubber and various trials at supplier end as well as HLTO. Detailed Knowledge of Weld Body structure should be well versed with 2D Drawings.
• Coordinate for stage, progressive tools and die development activities with supplier with local and overseas. Negotiation & finalization with the vendor as per budget, execute sourcing & purchasing related actions in assigned projects New Product.
